How to Order
1. Choose your size & finish. All Measurements are displayed WIDTH x HEIGHT.
2. Enter all required Information
Please keep in mind this is the only place where design details are referenced from. Be sure to make sure you are as detailed as possible when placing order as you will not be communicated before designing for design details. Check all spelling and details, as none of this can be changed during proof process after design has begun.
3. Include Photos and/or inspirations photos if desired. Photos or references will NOT be replicated exactly, and can only be used as a reference.
4. Be sure to included Due Date, which is the estimated day you would like your order. **Please do not put your event date as your requested due date, as there will be a high chance of not receiving your item on time. Dainty Treats & Design will NOT be responsible for ordering improperly. **
(Please understand that Due Date is only a business weekday, as Dainty Treats & Design is closed on weekends).
Processing Time
Processing Time
After your order is received, your order is added into design que. Please keep in mind that orders are designed no earlier than 2 weeks prior to Due Date. There is no communication before designing your order - therefore, please provide as much detail when placing your order. Once design has begun, no information from the form can be changed (this includes adding new references, changing spelling, wording phase, etc.).
Proofs will be sent via email, please make sure to respond with any revisions and/or changes in a timely manner in order to not experience delayed processing time.
Each item has different allowed revision sessions/edits during proofing process. During revisions, minor edits and changes can occur. Complete redesigns due to improper design requests will be invoiced a redesign fee.
A max of two (2) revision sessions for MINOR clip art, image position, fonts, etc. are allowed. Adding additional references, and color requests are not considered minor changes and will require addition fees. A complete redesign is not considered as a revision, and may require a redesign fee.
If proof(s) have been sent and we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your order will ship as is, regardless of proof approval. Dainty Treats & Design will not be responsible for any desired adjustments or reprints for item for unanswered or late proof approvals.

Important Notice: Order delays can occur for a variety of reasons; for example, as a full-time creative, designers can experience a creative block, or the printer may be full of other print orders.
Therefore, design delays may happen occasionally, especially during peak design season or under unexpected severe workload. Please understand that Printing/Shipping and Pickup delays can occur depending on the third party vendor season/workload. Third party vendor delays are out of Dainty Treats & Design control. Please allow extra timing for your project to guarantee receiving items on time.
