General Questions

Do I need to make an account to order?

Absolutely not! You may check out as a guest.

When should I place my order?

In order to make sure we can give the best work for your event; all orders must be placed 14 business days before the event date. Rush orders are not accepted due to the nature of our products and because we value giving each client our best. 

Please note that some dates do book faster, so it is better to place your order early. 

Is there a retainer fee required for orders?

Dainty Treats & Design do not offer retainer fees. Full payment must be up front, but we do offer pay in 4 plans.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are completed based on the date of the event, so orders are completed the week of the event. If your items are being shipped we will make sure we ship your order in a timely manner for your event. Even though we will ship your order in a timely fashion, we cannot guarantee items will be delivered by a specific date and/or time. We are not responsible for any carrier that delivers your order.

May I have my products shipped?

Currently we only offer shipping for favors and/or party designs. We offer local pick-up and local delivery options for treats. Please contact us for special requests.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that life happens! If your order is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event date we will try our best to accommodate a new date with you. If a new date is unavailable a gift card will be issued. Due to the nature of the product(s), we do not offer refunds on customized products unless stated by the provider.Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 7 days notice arenot eligible for a gift card or date transfer. Without a 7-day notice, work has already been invested and supplies already purchased. Dates may only be transferred once! A change of order form must be submitted in order to lock-in a new date. If a date must be transferred more than once a new retainer fee of 50% or full payment must be paid

May I have a refund on my order?

We offer full refunds within the first 72 hours on normal proccessing orders. Refunds are not given on rush orders.

Due to the nature of the product(s), we do not offer refunds on customized products unless stated by the provider. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards. All sales are FINAL.

Treat Questions

May you accommodate allergies?

Some treats are made with eggs, butter, and flour, so we are unable to accommodate those allergy restrictions. However, we can replace almond extract with vanilla (if your order contains extracts). Please let me know any allergy restrictions at the time your order is placed.
